At Kairo Labs, we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange is applicable if:

You received the wrong size
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item

Exchange Conditions:

Product must be unused and unwashed
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Preference issues
Slight color variation due to lighting/screens

Returns are only accepted if:

Product arrives damaged
Wrong product is delivered

Approved return cases may receive:

Replacement product
Store credit
Refund (if replacement unavailable)

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return/exchange:

Used or washed products
Products without tags
Requests made after 3 days of delivery
Discounted/sale items (unless damaged)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Original payment method will be used

Important Notes

Minor print placement variations may occur due to the production process.
Actual product colors may vary slightly because of screen settings and lighting.
Kairo Labs reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
