efund & Return Policy – Kairo Labs

Since all Kairo Labs products are made-to-order through print-on-demand production, returns and exchanges are limited.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The product has a printing defect
  • Wrong item or size was delivered by mistake

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Custom or personalized orders

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
